In practice, we ultimately use our bodies as a tool for gaining knowledge that leads to self-understanding.

It is self-understanding that empowers us to live a life that is dictated by our higher consciousness and not by our automatic patterns.

Traditionally, yoga has been taught from teacher to student, where they had the chance to build a relationship that can expand the formal practice into broader levels of being, such as cognitive, mental, and habitual perceptions, and eventually to embody yoga not just on the mat, but in life itself.

I’m a strong believer in this approach, and therefore, alongside group classes, private teaching is a central part of my work.

A private lesson is suitable for those who, for any reason, prefer to practice alone rather than with a group, for those who want to deepen and expand their practice, and for those who are dealing with physical or mental challenges and need or prefer personal guidance.

A class can be more dynamic or more restorative, depending on personal needs, and each class is adapted specifically to the practitioner.

Suitable for youth and adults.
